On Being a Mentor

It was very fortunate to get Rael as a mentor. He not only understood the short comings but also recommended the steps to address the short comings by breaking the complex tasks into simple ones. He focused on the long term goals and helped to focus on them by showing them how to achieve them using small incremental goals. It was also a pleasure to meet him personally where he took time in emphasizing to focus on the big picture. Truly, it was a pleasure to have Rael as a mentor.
