What character are you ?
Whatcharacter are you ?
Arecent series of adverts on Foxtel inAustralia has been advertising the movie channel.
The advertising starts with the question “What character are you ?”
Theobvious focus of the advertising in the movie channel was the specificcharacters coming up – from Sylvester Stallone to the Marvel Superheroes.
Inbusiness it raises other questions and made me start thinking about whatcharacters we take on.
What personas do we use at work and what persona actually reflects our natural style ?
Lookingat our teams, do we know the difference between our team members “adopted”styles and work and their “natural” styles.
If you don’t know the difference between the personality styles of your team, how do you communicate with them in the most efficient manner. For that matter how do they communicate with the rest of the team.
What can you use to measure these styles ?
Wehave tools available to help you determine your own, and your teams, naturalstyle and your adopted style. These tools allow you to better understand thepeople around you and amongst other benefits allows you to establish the bestcommunication styles between you.
Ifyou are interested in finding out more about these and other tools pleasecontact me to discuss.
