Over the last while I have been speaking about the amazing results that organizations are acheiving from the solution focussed approach.

People have asked me what is the solution-focused approach about?

It is an approach that focuses on holding conversations that look at possibilities and what works to create forward momentum.

However, most conversations within our organizations are usually  problem-focused. They look at obstacles. They look at what didn't work. They look at what is holding you back.

One of the first steps to adoping a solution focus is when we ask solution-focused questions. These questions usually identify actions that improve a situation and generate positive results. The table below gives some ideas of where to start with these questions.

If you are keen to explore how the solution-focused approach can create conversations that lead to positive change and achieve results contact us for a short discussion.
